1. Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) at http://uppsc.up.nic.in/
2. Click on the “Apply” button on the home page and then click on “UPPSC Combined Upper Subordinate Pre 2023 Recruitment” link.
