• Registration Start For Institutions/Colleges: 20/12/2023
• Last Date Registration For Institutions/Colleges: 29/02/2024
• Registrations Start For Students: 11/01/2024
• Last date for registration & Submission by the Student: 30/04/2024
• Students Verification For Institutions/Colleges by the INO (Institute Nodal Officer): 12/01/2024 to 30/04/2024

Jharkhand Post-Matric Scholarship 2023 APPLICATION FEE

• OBC: Rs. 0/-
• SC/ST/PH: Rs. 0/-
• No Need to Pay any Application Fee For Any Candidate Only Apply Online.

Jharkhand Scholarship 2023-24 Institutions/Colleges Eligibility

• All Approved Institutions/Colleges within in Jharkhand, recognized by Government of Jharkhand/Competent Authority.
  
• All Institutions/Colleges of outside Jharkhand state approved by state level committee of Jharkhand.

e-Kalyan Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 Students Eligibility

• The Candidate (students) who have Passed Class 10th & are Pursuing Studies in Class 11 to post Graduation (PG) level can apply for this scholarship of Jharkhand.
• Who can Apply for Scholarship ?

1. Student must be of Jharkhand State.
2. Student must be either Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) or Backward Class (BC).
3. Students Annual Family Income from all sources should not exceed as per the list given below.
   1. Schedule Tribe (ST) or Schedule Caste (SC) Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lacs Fifty thousand only)
   2. Backward Class (BC) Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lac Fifty thousand only)

• Who cannot Apply for Scholarship ?

1. 1. Students belonging to the categories other than SC, ST, BC
   2. SC,ST Students whose annual family income is more than Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lacs Fifty thousand). and BC Students whose family income is more than Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One lac Fifty thousand)

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR FRESH CANDIDATE

• Photograph of the applicant (Passport Size)
• Bonafide Certificate (with fee structure)
• Caste Certificate
• Valid Income Certificate (Income certificate issued on or after 01.08.2023 will be valid.)
• Residence Certificate
• Previous Year mark Sheet
• Bank passbook (Scanned Copy)
• Scanned Copy of Application Form (Signature of Student and Parent/Guardian)

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RENEWAL CANDIDATE

• Income certificates (Income certificate issued on or after 01.08.2023 will be valid.)
• Bonafide Certificates (with fee structure)
• Previous Year marksheet
• Scanned Copy of Application Form (Signature of Student and Parent/Guardian)

NOTE: No Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorised Documents which are not legitimate should not be uploaded. If Any False/unauthorized documents are uploaded then the application will be rejected

(Please ensure that you upload the document properly with the size limit of 150KB on the website. You will not be considered for scholarship if all the Documents are not uploaded properly. It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to submit/upload latest copies on the website.)

For Renewal Candidate: Use Last Yrs Registration Number & Password to Login to Renewal Part And Enter the Fresh Particulars.

• Renewal Candidate: Candidate Are Enrolled in Previously Year And Required to Re-Fill the Scholarship On-line Form. Use As Renewal Candidates.
• Fresh Candidate: 
• First Step – Student have to go with the option Student registration, on the home page e-kalyan. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration,student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration – For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login with submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in JPG/JPEG Format,File Size:150 KB) on the website.
• Second Step – Student should take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button, then sign and upload the requisite documents.
• Aadhar Card is Obligatory For the Jharkhand Scholarship Application 2023-24
