The Competition is open to all Indian students studying in Law Colleges / Institutes across all the States of India.
All entries must be submitted on www.MyGov.in. Entries submitted through any other portal/ medium/mode will not be considered for evaluation.
A participant can send one entry only for one competition. Separate entries may be sent for each competition. In case it is found that any participant has submitted more than one entry for one competition, all the entries will be considered as invalid.
Each entry should be Original. Plagiarised entries will not be considered for evaluation and will treated as invalid.
Please note that the Essay must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition. Government of India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of Intellectual Property Rights by the participants.
Mention of Name/email etc. of the participant anywhere in the body of the essay or in video will lead to disqualification.
Participants to make sure that their www.MyGov.in profile is accurate and updated as Department of Legal Affairs (DoLA) shall be using this for further communication. Selection of the best entries in each category will be taken up as follows:
Essay & Debate Competition
For Debate Competition, the faculty of the respective Law Colleges/Institutes will encourage the students to register and participate in the competition on MyGov and subsequently judge the debate at their college/institute level.
At the first level, designated Institute/team will form a Committee of Experts to examine the entries at the State/UT level and out of these select the 20 best entries for both the competitions from each State with One best entry from each State for dispatch to the DoLA.
Next, the selected entries in both the competitions from each state will constitute a pool of shortlisted entries at the national level for final selection of best Three (3) entries in both competitions that will be decided by a Team of Experts constituted by the DoLA.
All the entries received within the due date will be placed before Team of Experts, the decision of which will be final and binding on all the contestants.
Any legal proceeding arising out of the competition/its entries/ winners shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only.
The write-ups (essay) will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:

First Step – Student have to go with the option Student registration, on the home page e-kalyan. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration,student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration – For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login with submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in JPG/JPEG Format,File Size:150 KB) on the website.
Second Step – Student should take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button, then sign and upload the requisite documents.

आवेदक को बिहार राज्य के स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
आवेदक की जाति राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्गत पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग तथा अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति की सूची में सम्मिलित हो। (छात्र SC/ST/OBC Category का होना चाहिए)|
प्रवेशिकोत्तर छात्रवृत्ति योजना के अन्तर्गत मैट्रिक / प्रवेशिका परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद उच्चतर कक्षाओं में अध्ययनरत् छात्र / छात्रा ही छात्रवृत्ति के लिए आवेदन कर सकते है।
अनसुचित जाति\अनुसूचित जनजाति वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20, 2020-21 के लिए छात्र के अभिभावक की आय आय 02.50 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए |
अनसुचित जाति\अनुसूचित जनजाति वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए छात्र के अभिभावक की आय आय 03 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए |
वित्तीय वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए पिछड़ा वर्ग छात्र के अभिभावक की आय 01.50 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए |
अन्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग वित्तीय वर्ष 2020-21 के लिए छात्र के अभिभावक की आय 02.50 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए |
वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 के लिए छात्र के अभिभावक की आय 03 लाख से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए |
एक स्तर का कोर्स उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद दूसरे समकक्ष कोर्स में अध्ययन करने पर छात्रवृत्ति के हकदार नहीं होंगे, यथा- I.Sc. की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद I.A., B.A. की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के बाद B.Com. एवं M.Sc. करने के बाद M.A कक्षा में अध्ययन करने पर छात्रवृत्ति नहीं दी जायेगी।
पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अति पिछड़ा वर्ग में आवेदक के माता-पिता के मात्र 02 (दो) पुत्रों को ही प्रवेशिकोत्तर छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जायेगी। यह नियम पुत्रियों पर लागू नहीं होगा, किन्तु अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति में यह नियम लागू नहीं होगा ।

शौचालय सूची 2022
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के द्वारा देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के नागरिकों को उनके घरों में शौचालय की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाने हेतु स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत 12 हजार रुपये की राशि शौचालय के निर्माण हेतु वितरित की जाती है। इस राशि के आधार पर सभी लाभार्थी नागरिक अपने घरों में शौचालय का निर्माण कर सकते है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अधिकतर ऐसे परिवार है जिनकी आर्थिक स्थिति कमजोर होने के कारण वह अपने घरों में शौचालय का निर्माण नहीं कर पाते है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के प्रत्येक घर में शौचालय निर्माण का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर श्रेणी के परिवारों को केंद्र सरकार की यह योजना शौचालय निर्माण हेतु आर्थिक सहायता राशि प्रदान करेगी।
स्वच्छ भारत मिशन ग्रामीण क्षेत्र
केंद्र सरकार के अंतर्गत शुरू की गयी इस मुहीम के अंतर्गत देश के सभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वछता के लिए सभी नागरिकों को जागरूक करने का प्रयास किया गया है। इस मुहीम के आधार ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक घरों में शौचालय का निर्माण एवं खुले में शौच मुक्त बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत 5 वर्षों के अंतराल में देश को खुले में शौच मुक्त देश बनाया जायेगा। इस मुहीम के अंतर्गत विशेषकर देश के ग्रामीण इलाकों की स्वछता पर ध्यान दिया जायेगा। जो लोग आर्थिक रूप से शौचालय बनाने के लिए सक्षम नहीं है उन्हें केंद्र सरकार शौचालय निर्माण हेतु योजना के तहत 12 हजार रुपये की राशि प्रदान कर रही है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के नागरिकों में स्वछता हेतु जनजागरूकता फ़ैलाने एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों का विकास करने के लिए यह एक महत्वपूर्ण स्कीम है।

स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा उन सभी नागरिकों की नई सूची को वेबसाइट में उपलब्ध किया गया है जिनके द्वारा शौचालय निर्माण हेतु योजना के तहत आवेदन किया गया था। सभी पात्र योग्य लाभार्थी योजना के अंतर्गत जारी की गयी सूची को योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट के अंतर्गत ऑनलाइन मोड में चेक कर सकते है। जिन योग्य लाभार्थियों का नाम ग्रामीण शौचालय सूची में शामिल होगा उन्हें योजना का लाभ दिया जायेगा। सभी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले कमजोर वर्ग के परिवारों को शौचालय के निर्माण हेतु केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा वित्तीय सहायता राशि का लाभ प्रदान किया जाता है। स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत अग्रसर होने के लिए इस योजना का निर्माण किया गया है।

How to Fill Registration Form Step by Step Given Below :
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Will be Start the One Time Registration Process on 18 August 2022.
Following the Simple Step to Registered Online.
Step 1 : Open the Website upsconline.nic.in or Direct Link Will be in this Page Important Links Section
Step 2 : Click on New Registration Tab
Step 3 : Students will have to give their Basic information Such as: Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Mobile Number, E-mail Id and High School Class 10 Roll Number.
Step 5 : An OTP will be Received on the Registered email and registered Mobile Number of the candidate, he will have to enter it.
Step 6 : The registration process will be completed, the candidate will see the OTR ID on the screen. Now candidate can take print and screen shot of OTR profile.
Step 7 : Now the candidate will have to login, to login, the candidate will have to enter his mobile number / email or OTR id along with an OTP which will be received on the registered email and mobile.
Step 8 : Change UPSC OTR ID Password.
Step 9 : Now the candidate UPSC OTR registration process will be completed, now whatever new application comes out, the candidate can apply from the same, can also get the history of the old filling application from the same.
