How To Fill Junior Intelligence Officer Grade – ii/Technical Examination – 2023

Here are the steps to complete the registration and application form for MHA Intelligence Bureau (IB) JIO online form 2023

Step 1: Registration a. Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the ‘I Agree’ checkbox.

b. Fill in all the required information correctly, including personal details and contact details.

c. After completing Step 1, you will receive a message in your registered email ID with your login ID (Application Sequence Number) and password.

d. Log out and log in again to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Completion of Application Form

e. Login using your login ID and password and complete the remaining details in the application form, including personal details, qualification details, and declaration.

f. Follow the instructions for scanning and uploading your photograph and signature:

• Photograph Image: A colored photo of size 35mm (width) x 45mm (height) taken within the last 12 weeks. The background should be light (light grey/white is suggested) with no patterns. Your face should cover 70-80% of the photo, and you should look straight at the camera with a normal expression. Avoid wearing uniforms that match the background. If you wear optical glasses, your eyes should be fully visible. The scanned image size should be between 50-100kb in jpg/jpeg format.
• Signature Image: Sign on white paper with a black ink pen. The signature must be done by you and not by any other person. Scan only the signature area, not the entire page. The file size should be between 50-100kb in jpg/jpeg format.
• g. Once you submit the application, you will be redirected to the SBI gateway to pay the examination fee (if applicable) and Recruitment Processing Charges. The fee can be paid through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI/challan. Generate a payment acknowledgement slip for future reference.
• h. The e-challan generated after submitting the application form will be valid for four days from the date of generation.
• i. Follow the guidelines for remittance of online fee, either through SBI Payment gateway or by using the generated e-challan.
• j. After successful submission, keep a printout of your application form for future reference.
