Eligibility Criteria For Jharkhand BSc Nursing (Basic)

  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply for enrollment in B.Sc Nursing (Basic) course
  • Passed intermediate (10+2) with Science [PCB] & English Core/ English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent Board.
  • Student appearing in Intermediate (10+2) examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
  • The student shall be medically fit.

Eligibility Criteria For Jharkhand BSc Nursing (Post Basic)

  • Passed Intermediate OR 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized university OR passed 10+1 in or before 1986.
  • Obtained a Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurse Registration Council.

For Male Candidate Qualification:-

A male nurse trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered as a Nurse with State Nurses Registration Council shall produce evidence of training approved by.
Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration in lieu of midwifery in any one of the following areas:

  • Intermediate (10+2) In Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, History, Political Science, Geography, Accountancy, Business Studies, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core / English Elective OR Science OR Health Care Science – Vocational stream ONLY passing out From recognized Board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent board with 40% marks.
  • Intermediate (10+2) vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school & recognized by Indian Nursing Council with English Having 40% marks.
  • Registered as ANM with Pass Marks From State Nursing Registration Council.
  • Student shall be medically fit.
  • Students qualified in Intermediate Arts or Science examination of Health care Science- Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of Open School With 40% marks.

Eligibility Criteria For Jharkhand Diploma in Pharmacy Course

  • Educational Qualification- For Diploma in Pharmacy course must have passed Intermediate in Science stream /10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology.
  • Age Limit- Applicant must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the examination year 2022.

Eligibility Criteria For Jharkhand Diploma in Para-medical Course

  • Educational Qualification- For Diploma in Para-medical course must have passed Intermediate in Science stream /10+2 (Science).
  • Age Limit- There is no age limit for this particular course.

Certificate Course in Dresser/Medical Lab. Attendant/ Radiographer Attendant Course

  • Educational Qualification- Matric/Secondary/10th or any equivalent examination.
  • Age Limit- There is no age limit for this particular course.

Residential Qualification

  • Applicants who fall in the category of a permanent resident or a local resident of Jharkhand state, they will be considered eligible for enrollment in Paramedical Institutes.
